Overview
Isotta started as a photo studio on Lake Garda, Italy, founded by Egidio Isotta in 1967. By 1980, Isotta created his first underwater strobe (Isomat 33) with the signature red color. The Isotecnic company was founded to produce strobes, then expanded to camera housings in the late 1990s. Since 2006, the company has been directed by Elisa Isotta and husband Andrea.
Known as the “Ferrari of the Sea” for their distinctive red-anodized housings, all Isotta products are manufactured in Italy.
